Due to the rising costs of fuel, materials, labor, and supplies, Bear Creek Water Association has instituted a rate increase on water and sewer services effective with usage beginning February 12. Bear Creek has also put a ceiling on sewer usage of 17,000 gallons for all residential customers effective with usage beginning February 12. The rate increase and sewer ceiling will first be reflected on the customer bill due April 20. This increase is important as we address growth, ongoing maintenance, and aging infrastructure. As always, we will be prudent in spending and continue to seek avenues to lower expenses where possible.
